1- 1/2 tsp. Green tea matcha powder
1/2 tsp. Filtered water
1/2 tsp. Canola oil
Mix ingredients well in a small bowl with whisk or spoon. Spread on face before bed and let sit 10-15 minutes. Wash of with a lukewarm water using a soft washcloth. Rinse face with with cool water and pat dry with soft towel or cotton swab.-Enjoy and Sweetdreams!
I've wanted to try Matcha Green Tea for ages and this post has made me want to go and try it out because I love normal Green Tea and drink about 3 cups a day! Great post.
