1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup Orange juice
1/2 cup almond milk or vanilla soy
2-tblsp. Chia seeds
2-tblsp. Instant dry oatmeal
1- tblsp. Fresh chopped mint
6 ice cubes
2 cups filtered water
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth adding water last to reach your desired consistency. Serve and Enjoy!
