1 cup fresh or frozen blackberries
1/4 cup strawberries fresh or frozen
1/4 bunch kale leaves cleaned and ribs removed
1 tblsp Chia seeds
1 cup vanilla soy or almond milk
1 tblsp Honey
1 tblsp Fresh chopped mint
1 scoop whey protein powder (optional)
8 ice cubes
1 cup filtered water
Blend all ingredients until smooth adding water last until you reach your desired consistency. Serve and Enjoy!
