Cherry Rosacea Sleep Smoothie

Rosacea Sleep Smoothie
  1. 2 oz. tart cherry juice concentrate.
  2. 1 ounce organic or Greek yogurt
  3. 1 kiwi fruit.
  4. 1 cup coconut or almond milk.
  5. 10 ice cubes. Place the ingredients in a blender, puree until smooth, and enjoy!
