Ginger Berry Anti-Inflamatory Smoothie

2 inch piece of ginger peeled and chopped
2 cups kale , ribs removed and wahsed
1 cup of chopped celery
1 1/2 cups frozen or fresh berries of choice ( blueberries, raspberries, cranberry, or strawberry )
1 tblsp. flaxseed
1 tsp. chia seeds
1 cup filtered water
8 ice cubes

Blend all ingredients in blender adding water last until you reach your desired consistency, serve and Enjoy!
