Good Morning Power Smoothie
1 large handful washed and chopped kale 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries 1 cup frozen or fresh pitted cherries 1 cup almond milk or whole milk 1 1/2 cups coconut water or filtered water 2 Tblsp. Flaxseed or flax oil 1 Tblsp. Fresh Chopped basil 10 Ice cubes Blend all ingredients in smoothie machine or blender adding water last untill you reach your desired consistency.- serve and enjoy!
