Delicous winter cherryberry smoothie

Winter Cherryberry Smoothie
1- cup blackberries fresh or frozen 
1- cup blueberries fresh or frozen 
1- cup cherries fresh or frozen , pitted
1 1\2 teaspoon lemon juice

1 cup almond milk  
5 1/2 cup water
12 ice cubes
First, pour water and juice into the blender. Second, place the fruit on top. Blend on low for 10-20 seconds. Add ice and blend, Then increase the speed to medium/high until creamy smooth.- enjoy! 

Chefs note: cherries, blackberries, and blueberries are vascular constrictors helping reduce redness.
