Fat Blasting Pecan Pie Smoothie

1/4 cup pecans 
1 cup almond milk or vanilla soy
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
1 Tblsp. Coconut oil or butter
1 Apple skinned and chopped- seeds removed
1/2 Tblsp matcha green tea powder 
8 ice cubes
Dash of nutmeg and cinnamon
1 cup filtered water

Blend all ingredients in blender adding water last until you reach your desired consistency! Serve and Enjoy!
